Ahh! my allergies!

It's that time of the year. My health has been very poor lately. No relief in sight. The temperatures have been in the 70's everyday so I can't complain about that. Some day I will get tested to see what my problem is......maybe it's work-related!

John Adams

As the last show of the HBO series, John Adams comes to an end, I realize how very little I know about that time period. It's the only television show that I keep up with right now. Paul Giamatti plays John Adams. The executive producer is Tom Hanks. This series supersedes any movies that have tried to portray the Founding Fathers. If you can, try to watch the last two shows. HBO will probably rerun all seven shows again and again. My review-Excellent writing with a great cast of actors.

How Long Does The USA Have?

As the ranks of those with an entitlement mentality grows, will the great country we love and call home decline toward oblivion like others from past world history? The following email has an ominous message. We will only have two electable presidential candidates to choose from next November. An ever growing number of Americans qualify for EIC (Earned Income Tax Credit - tax payer subsidy to the poor). It is easy for the growing majority of poor in this country to go along with the Democratic mantra of "raise taxes on the rich". Are we ready for a socialist government? Maybe it is already here! I get bombarded everyday with emails from my father in addition to seeing him twice a day usually. Maybe he needs to start his own blog. He's already talked to John Stossel (ABC's 20/20) and can be heard on a few Nationally syndicated politically-oriented talk radio programs about his views on certain subjects. He is not a guest speaker just an ordinary American that calls into the radio stations. Whatever the case, he is my dad and I love him. Happy Birthday Dad.

Special Delivery

Recently, I received my shipment of baby products from Nurture My Body. I bought the organic baby shampoo and lotion for my daughter, Jessica. The products are working very well for her. She doesn't have any more rashes like she did with the other soaps. Inside the shipping box was this pretty gold leaf wrapping paper with a dried flower that was tied at the top.
