Cocoa

Here lies Cocoa Wrobel, the fourth member of our family. I caught her in a moment of weakness while she hangs out on the basement pad. I first met Cocoa when she was living with her master, Andrew in Chicago. Cocoa was no stranger to Lake Michigan. She can out swim any dog, at anytime on any beach. She preferred Montrose Beach but any body of water would do. Cocoa is a "prima donna"-she doesn't like other dogs or squirrels. Children are a nuisance and adults are good for one thing-food. She won't bite the hand that feeds her because she is smart. Her long snout reminds me of a deer and her fur is coarse and curly like a poodle. In dog years, Cocoa is eleven so that would make her a senior citizen-77?? That's why she takes a baby aspirin everyday for her arthritis. I won't mention some of the urges she gets. What happens in Cocoa's world, stays in Cocoa's world. Yes, that is an old Chicago White Sox hat she is wearing. Better luck next year for her favorite baseball team. She grabbed it out of the closet. We taught her how to do that:-) To read more on Cocoa's breed, click on Chesapeake Bay Retriever
